On the update they said they are shipping kits, then helmets, then completed ensemble, in order of the tier prices they were ordered at.
-
But as long as you didn't get the completed kit it shouldn't be too bad, boy do I feel sorry for them though especially if they did decide to buy it at tier 1.
-
They are waiting on Disney to approve it. Also hey I finally reached CPL
-
According to Anovos the Tier 1 kits start shipping next week (EEEEEEK SO EXCITED!!!) and they are going to be on a first come first serve basis, so just to get a helmet you will have to wait for everyone who has purchased a kit to get theirs first AKA quite a while.

EEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEk Finally another of my lifelong dreams will be coming true!

So I just re-found this video and figured I would share it here even though it doesn't have our beloved plastic white armor.
-
I have grown to hate the e-mail sound of my phone, what with it going off and getting my hopes up only to crush them when the e-mail is from someone else.
-
Yes it will be approvable and get you a TKID with a lot of work, but then again even with my untrained eye I am seeing a lot of work (and that is just for basic approval).
-
According to Anovos we are waiting on customs to clear the boxes, then they go to the warehouse and get their shipping labels.

Converted Hasbro or Hyperfirm - need input!

I went with the Hyperfirm, and sorry to threadjack but how do you remove the little orbs of buildup? It bothers me seeing all of these imperfections on an otherwise gorgeous weapon. -
I play on XBL occasionally, my gamertag is M240BravoRomeo

So an update I spotted on the Anovos page today about the TK armor, apparently the licensor did not approve the Dec. update so they had to go through and make a new update.

http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B0116EP9T0?redirect=true&ref_=s9_im_co_g193_i4 What are the thoughts of the Imperial Legion on this?

Anyone else notice that Walker Assault needs some tweaking, even though they are scum it is disconcerting how the Rebellion has yet to win on Hoth in the games that I played.

I have found that the DLT-19 is the bees knees.

As I (im)patiently wait for this darned beta to download on my Xbox One I am curious, who else is going to be fighting the rebel scum today, and on what system?
-
Not going to lie I am actually surprised that Anovos didn't send out any Coupons for the early orders. I wouldn't have minded having one for a second kit so that I could strain my already tight space for a second set to do a TD with as well.
-
Their goal is to start shipping late November, although the people whom have pre-ordered should get an update within a week so there might be new info then.

As a service member we have it drilled into us hydrate, hydrate, hydrate so I figured I should start planning for when my armor arrives.
-
So quick, question how do you all mainain hyrdration in your armor. I have an idea of trying to install a camelback like bladder underneath the OII panel and routing the tube under the undersuit and into the helmet. But I want to know other ideas in case mine is not feasible either due to space or appearance.

Hey he got up an walked it off, so it could have been worse.

Cheap and easy, and what I use for my eyepro (either the glasses or the goggles) when Uncle Sam makes me shoot poor defencless plastic cutouts, is plain and simple, non flavoured/non medicated chapstick. Spread some on then wipe it off and you are good to go.

http://www.amazon.com/Stormtrooper-Boots-Star-Wars-Armor-ANH/dp/B004KP0SMQ/ref=aag_m_pw_dp?ie=UTF8&m=A1AEYH1FOLQP98 I found these boots while looking at different possibilties for boots and found these. With my (very) untrained eye it appears that these are fairly accurate, but I am wondering if these are acceptable by 501st Standards, and if they would work for working towards an EIB, or Centurion.
