That's the spirit buddy! Keep that dream, I've had the same one since I was your age and I'm getting to the point where I'm almost ready to get my own set of armor. Ask your parents if they'd help you make some armor out of foam like mentioned earlier. I'm sure they'd love to help you and spend some quality time. Then when you get older you can save up for a really nice set and join the 501st. I hope you figure something out! Keep us posted on what you decide to get/do and how it turns out!

Not bad actually. I think I found a couple pages that had some good places to buy all the soft pieces, etc. Sure beats $650 U.S. with the way the economy is right now.

This is why we do research I've heard a lot about AP armor but had no idea it was Canadian. That will likely be a big determining factor. I'd love to help support a Canadian company. That and he dollar SUCKS right now. How much could one expect to pay for an AP kit? Are his kits beginnerish friendly too?

Has anyone actually seen the kit in person yet? It's up to $650 USD which is like almost $1000 CAN, I'm really hesitant on pulling the trigger right now.
