    FWIW I read on the Anovos FB build group of someone Sydney (Australia) based who ordered in mid-August and had their TK kit shipped in November (IIRC).

     

    Based on their history this was probably the exception rather than the norm.

  8. Anyone deal with Doopydoos lately?

    I ordered a full resin kit on Nov. 7th and it's almost a full month now that I've heard nothing nor see a package at my door. Do you guys think I should ask paypal for a refund or should I wait a bit longer? Honestly I've never had a problem with Doopydoos before but this is getting ridiculous.

    It was virtually 2 months to the day before my kit was despatched. During that time I sent 2 or 3 emails enquiring the order status, which went unanswered.

     

    The patience of a Jedi is required when dealing with Doopydoos.

    For some reason, they just don't respond to emails. At all. The blank email is indeed their way of letting you know they are in stock, and it's best to go the the site immediately and order it. I waited just over an hour the first time around, and they were already gone! Don't worry, though. you will receive it. My first one took almost 8 weeks.

    Hmm, pity about the lack of communication as they have some nice products.

     

    It took me a couple of attempts to order before I realised it's best not to procrastinate when ordering their kit

    I mailed them yesterday to enquire about the order status.

    Hmm, no reply to the email sent on 22/10. Sent another one today.

     

    Does anyone know if they're normally very responsive to emails? I'm really just after an update on my order. I know in this game things sometimes take a while to produce (although FWIW the item was flagged as in stock on order) but open communication is always good

    I think their communications have improved lately.

    I've read Alot about how poor they were at communication. Since my order yesterday I have had several emails from them. My last was at 19.00 to let me know it had been dispatched. That's the quickest I've ever known them process an order!

    I wonder if that's the exception or the norm... I placed an order for an e-11 on 11 October have heard nothing since the initial order email, for a product which was in stock...

    Just to let you know that I ordered my armor from Anovos they said January and my armor came in about 3 weeks. I'm not trying to get your hopes up but that's the facts! Hope it comes early for you to!

    Did you order with or without soft goods? I saw on their site they mentioned they were shipping some kits without soft bits already. I've send them an email enquiring about it but no reply yet.
