I have a TK armor set that I am working on now, I can't wear my regular glasses but I can wear my shades. the shades are more formfitting to my head, And I have a mellon 7 5/8 fitted cap.

I'll post some better pictures later on today. I let my squad leader look at it and he thought the stripes were fine but had a few other critiques on the inside.

------------------ Ok Ok its all done . I used the entire strip method to get the lens in. I still need to adjust it a little but I am happy with how it turned out. How did i do???

Thanks everyone. This has given me a lot of ideas. Mine is all together except for the lenses.

I am working on my first helmet and have been trying to figure out how best to install the flat film lenses. I don't have a lot of space between my eyes and the eye openings. I am sure there are many ways to do it, please let me know how you did it. Its an ESB so I can't use the molded lenses. Any ideas or assistance is appreciated.

The forearm peice were easier to do with the experience from the biceps. Hopefully i will be able to get them all strapped together soon. Then to move on to the lower assemblies.

A close up of the bicep pieces. These were the first pieces I decided to cut. Nerve racking to know if i made a bad cut..... They turned out nice though.

The arm pieces fully cut and assembled. I still need to trim the outside coverstrips but I am not sure how much to get rid of? Should I trim it flush with the rest or leave a little to hide the edge seam?

The chest/backplate assemly is ready to go. I may need to do a little trimming to get rid of the sharp edges.

Ok after I had already completed my ANH E-11 I decided to go ESB with my armor, is it ok to mix the two or should I convert my blaster to ESB. Also if so where do I get the greeblies and extra T track?

Great Job. I'm about 25% complete with my own ESB build. Thanks for the great shots, I will surely use them as a reference. I was wondering how many ESB TK's are in the 501st. I think GA has less then 10 but don't Quote me on that.

After much shaking hands, I went ahead and cut it. Please let me know if this is acceptable, or should I cut more off. I am looking at geting EIB approved.

Did you cut from trap to trap?

Ok I need some help!!! I am putting the bucket together and the brow seams to be too low. The only way I can see to raise it up is to cut the top ( dome ) piece. I dont want to do that because I think it will create more problems. Any advice is appreciated.

I have a armor party scheduled for sunday. Hopefully I'll be able to make a lot of progress. I'll take plenty of pictures along the way.

Now that I see all of the parts I'll admit it is a little overwelming but I will have a lot of help with the build from the guys in the Outlander Squad.
