  1. Shoulder strap connection from back to chest plate is longer than ANH TK version... -------------- RS Propmasters TK -------------- R1 TK
  2. Congrats Pascal: (continuing in Dutch) gosah, weer een EIB in onze Hollandse divisie. Gaat lekkah zo! Looking great!
  3. Haha, well, together we'll have even less, since my budget contains outof loads of air at the moment. Thanks Twan!
  4. Thank you Steve: this is GREAT!!! For sure I'll post some pics with the armor on...
  5. Sorry Twan, I couldn't wait for your advice no more... @Steve: I just measured the extra fleshy parts and took the scissors... and here we went: Here's a detail of my pack attachment button... Is all approved like this and centurion worthy? Cheeers!!!
  6. Thanks for your advice Steve: and adjustment on both flanks it will be! (Germain, thanks again for notifying this in such an early status) About your thigh-comment: on Twan's (TK-12435) advice I was already planned to wear braces on my belt (which carries both thigh-attachments) so they won't slip down no more. As soon as I've adapted both flanks I'll post a new message for your approval. For now: Twan, can you please help me, since you've shaved your flanks successfully and centurion worthy???
  7. Sorry Steve, I must have forgotten that one in all my excitement. Here it is: there are no return edges on my forearms...
  8. Merci beaucoup Germain! (ps Talking about 'stellar': Daft Punk's 'Interstella 5555' is my favorite!)
  9. True: my armor has a little extra 'flesh' on the flanks, but I actually would like to keep it this way if that is possible: since I'm quite slim and gaining weight as time goes by ( ), its good to have some extra 'flesh', so my armor will also fit like a glove in the future! And the extra flanks can easily been shuffed behind the other part as you can see on my full left and right picture. I guess I'll wait for Steve's verdict on this comment... (thanks for noticing anyway!)
  10. Ah I see what you mean Germain: yes, thats true, this must be solid dome. I have adapted this straightaway to a 7mm solid dome (I adapted this on both sides): is this better?
  11. First, I'm insisting to thank you for clarifying my name Twan, so no one will keep thinking I'm a breastfeeding TK! Second, @Germain: bonjour, I accidentally took a picture from the wrong side of my ammobelt. Is this the current way as you mentioned in your comment? Or do you mean something totally different?
  12. TK-31870 requesting Centurion Status for my first armor. My IEB application photos can be viewed here: http://www.whitearmor.net/forum/topic/28395-tk-31870-requesting-anh-stunt-eib-statusrs406/ For this request I've painted several buttons and tapered the ends of my frown (helmet). 13. Thank you all of you bros: yes, I am a happy trooper!
  14. Thiërry Tetenburg 31870 EIB A4 Cheers!
  15. Thanks so much Steve: I'm happy! All the other guys: thanks for all of your good info and tips! @Twan: congratulations with you Centurion status!!! Indeed, my next step is to adjust some points. The straps at my shins are already done and works great. After I've adapted the mentioned points I'll make new pics for the Centurion requirement. Here's a picture of the back of my detonator: first they didn't, but now they do tough the control panel: Cheers! To be continued...
  16. Thank you Arti, my first troop last wednesday with you and the other guys (and girl) were great! We were all dressed up great! I also liked it because we were with so many TK's to escort Lord Vader. I think that is more accurate with episodes IV, V and IV than Vader being escorted by two TK's only...
  17. Indeed Ron: that's a gentle way to heaten and bend things up. Thanks for the advice: I'll give it a try!
