  3. Congrats Chris and welcome to the centurion rank!
  4. In the meantime I got the missing notifications. It's a bit strange, cause the missing notification for PM #1 took nearly 54 hours and the notification for PM #2 only 20 hours... I'll keep an eye on that
  5. Okay, I am a bit late, but now: congrats Chris and welcome to EIB!
  6. I get no more notifications about pm's, although I have not changed my settings. The box in my settings for notifications is still checked. I noticed this issue today. Perhaps it is related to the server relocation? Can someone solve this problem, please?
  7. Congrats Jordi and welcome to the centurion rank!
  8. Congrats Russell and welcome to the centurion rank!
  9. Congrats Phil and welcome to the centurion rank!
  10. Well done! But too clean And I think that you don't have to be afraid that it is not stable enough for trooping.
  11. Derrek sends the parts really always very safely wrapped Good luck with your build! And no reason to rush thru it, take the time that you need and you'll do it best
  12. Your t-tracks are simply great and your whole blaster will that be too!
  13. Thank you very much, guys! Your positive feedback really mean a lot to me : And of course this blaster is from a galaxy far far away, I received it from the dark lord himself
  14. Okay, this is the final update Yesterday I did the t-tracks and added them onto the barrel: Of course the t-tracks have to be weathered too: There are also rusty spots: The scope is also weathered now: So this is the final result of 12 days (always after family-time, work and so on) of blaster building: In this last picture is a little hint for whom this blaster is builded I hope you like what you see!
  15. Thank you very much, Richard! I wish had knew that before, cause this afternoon I did my t-tracks with the heat gun... now I know that I don't like heat guns and I don't like t-tracks
  16. Congrats John and welcome to the centurion rank!
  17. A bit progress on this build and some pictures of it today. This becomes part of my blaster... ...it's the spring And inserted into the barrel: Last view on the unweathered bolt: Last view on the unweathered other side of the blaster: First step of weathering the bolt: Some views on the weathered blaster: Here and there are some parts already rusty... 2nd step of weathering the bolt: Well, I hope you like what you see Hopefully I can get tomorrow my hands on a heat gun so that I can bring the t-tracks in shape, place them onto the barrel and weather them. Be careful with your builds and stay tuned for the next update
  18. Thank you very much, Derrek!
  19. Today the modification of the scope and the scope rail. First I used some metal putty to close the old holes. After drying I sand it: Painted and new holes drilled: The feet of the scope trimmed down and installed on the scope rail: Be carefeul with your builds and stay tuned for updates
  20. Congrats Kyle and welcome to the centurion rank!
  21. Congrats Stephane and welcome to the centurion rank!
  22. Some more progress on this build. The ring that holds the endcap: The installed endcap: Again predrilled holes, this time on the bottom side of the barrel: The installed grip: The installed trigger: The installed trigger guard: As you can see, I already removed the scope and scope rail, because to make some modifications on that. First I trim down the scope feet a bit and after that I move the scope a bit further back on the rail. That is next on my checklist Be careful with your builds and stay tuned for updates
  23. Thank you very much, Allan! I try to hold the finished blaster as soon as possible in my hands Thank you very much for your advices, Derrek! I'll try to translate them into action. I don't want to go through the trouble, but of course I'll do inspite of that, cause I wanna build my blaster as good as possible
  24. More progress on this build. The grip and the change lever: A little steel pin added to the scene: That pin is not part of the kit. I wanted to add something like an anchor to increase the connection between grip and change lever: Finished, of course I decided to set "s" for safe Now this screw finds it's place: Finished: Time to connect these two parts: Again a predrilled hole: The screw shows the right place to connect the front part of the folding stock with the barrel: The other part is glued: Finished: Inside the barrel: Another predrilled hole: The screw shows where to connect the magazin with the barrel: Finished: Inside the barrel: Time to connect these three parts: The inserted bolt: The scope is also added to the barrel: In the next days I have to buy the right wire and I have to find someone with a heat gun, so I can bring the t-tracks into the right shape Be careful with your builds and stay tuned for updates
  25. Today only little progress on this build. As promised, I turned the sight block around, now it looks like this: These parts come together as the endcap: Finished endcap: Be careful with your builds and stay tuned for updates
