  1. Cool in hindsite but......how do you wash your undersuit then if everything is sewn to the body suit? I leave my fabulous, as is Rhonda gaskets attached to the calves with velcroe and then attach it to the thighs when I'm ready to wear them. I added an elastic strap with a snap to the bottom of each shoulder gasket then snap them into the side of the AB/ backplate. Holds really well.
  2. I already paid for three from another builder and I hope they are as detailed and awesome as your build! If you start selling these I would be in for one or two.
  3. I would like 2 size smalls, 1 medium and 1 large added to my boot order. Thank you!
  4. Put me down for several pairs as well.
  5. He has a black vest on with what looks like extra ammo cartridges or mags.
  6. The first three are at CELEBRATION ANAHEIM the second three are from C2E2 in Chicago last weekend. For height comparison: Ted is 5'11" and I am 5'8".
  7. Hello Mark! The shoulder gaskets were the biggest issue as far as flexability was concerned. Mark helped me suit up the first day on Thursday and let me tell you putting it all on the first time took a long time! I wore my suit for about 6 hours each day for 4 days. With each day I modifed the strapping and the gaskets to make it much more comfortable to wear. I am 5'8" and 173 pounds and the armor fit me pretty good.
  8. Hello to All and fellow TFA Troopers! The gaskets were actually not suppose to be shiny. They are suppose to be a matt finish. The reason ours are a bit shiny is because Anovos went with a different material for durability. To reproduce the Gaskets in material will be easier. We are working on a material gasket that actually has well defined ribbing to give it that accurate look. Most of us,except for Paul who had those nice shiny material gaskets, can attest to not being able to touch your head. The rubber gaskets are already breaking down due to wear and tear from rubbing against the armor. I had to use my Dyson Vacuum cleaner to clean up the armor from the rubber powder all over the armor weher the gaskets meet the armor before apllying car wax to shine up the paint. I really think that as long as we can reproduce the exact look of the Gaskets with defined ribbing then the CRL should reflect that.
  9. I have no idea why rhe one photo went sideways on me.
  10. I'm 5'8" and my friend Ted is 6'0" and maybe a little taller. The armor parts are all the same size. The only issue was the shoulder gaskets. Also wd RATTLE CANNED our paint as well. It worked well considering we had to three weeks to build the armor from the kit.
  11. Fisd shirts second run

  12. I know the four troopers in front are Beans, Kevin, Arturo and myself but who is the TK in the middle?
