  5. My dear Mark, Thank you for the comments on the TM. Yes!!! WOW… EXCELENTE….. You are very fortunate. Did you know that you have in your hands a very, "VERY, HARD TO FIND†piece there. WORLD WIDE there were only 200 copies printed-made of this poster; compare to the regular U.S. / International Style C one sheet that were approximately 500 printed-made. I have both pieces, the color print test (on the left side) like yours, and the one showed or displayed at the theaters in 1977. In my case, I took me 15 and 20 year to find these two posters. It was a TITANIC search all these years. These pieces ARE very, VERY difficult to find in any quality or in JUST ANY condition! TRUST ME. Here in Mexico exactly today 23/12 was the release on the theaters 33 years ago, and it was showed in 20 theaters only in the entire country, so the opportunity to find any of these prints-pieces here is eventually impossible. The truly very few prints that have survived of this poster are IN DEED highly quoted and sought after for the specialized collectors. According to a good friend on LFL apparently there are (have) survived less than 24 pieces world wide. This poster is given 9 out of 10 stars for scarcity and value appreciation in the official 2005 Star Wars Poster Book published by Lucasfilm. 9. Hello everyone, It was a surprise for me to find this thread. Well in my case, It might not look like but when I received my armor back in May I had extra 10 kilos on me, (about 22 lbs) I wasn't overweight, but I new that my armor it just will not fit me as I wanted to, so I decided to loose some weight; I know everyone is different, but I HAD ONE GOAL IN MIND; I wanted to pursue Elite Status (Expert Infantryman) I wanted my armor to look as accurate as possible, but if I really wanted to look good in my armor, I had to loose some weight. It was a must. As well for me trooping has given me motivation to lose weight and eat better. My goal served as a huge motivation. When I started my own program I was 90 kilos and now I weight 80.3 kilos, I’ve lost 9.7 kilos (about 21 lbs). Unfortunately I don’t have a picture with my armor on when I had the extra 10 kilos, but trust me; I did lose the extra weight I wanted. I really wish that everyone reaches their goals. 12. Thank you Armando, deeply appreciate your comments…
  13. Hey there Paul, Thank you my friend… No effort would it be enough, with out an armor like yours… (Hope this make sense) The truth is that when I received your armor, I had no idea it need it that amount of dedication. Between my works, my family compromises, our new born son on the way, my hernia problem and the armor build, was some times complicated, to say the least. Thanks to Claudia my wife who worked with me all along, correcting me, pointing out, marking and removing the errors, she opened my eyes to improve here and there on every step of my build; she sewed the holster, the canvans belt, the neck seal for me, among many other things that she did on this build. I would not do it as I did with out her…. No bad for my first build, LOL…

  21. Thank you all for your comments!!! Up to this point, I still need it to work on some details, some parts of the armor that need it to be done; like the leather holster, the canvans belt, the drop boxes, the belt knee box strap, the canister, I still need it to paint the color bottoms on the front of the AB Plate, and place the hand plates on the gloves. But now it’s done… This is my first build. It took me five months and 21 days to complete my build; over 201 hours man of work (on my spare time) I had no idea it need it this much amount of dedication… What was I thinking… My goal since I’ve started to build this magnificent armor was not only to make it as an idealized trooper but, to create a more accurate in as many ways as possible and to become an EIB approved member and perhaps to be the first with this status in México. I am finally making one of my older dreams come to life, to become a “white soldierâ€. I hope you enjoy the pictures as much as I’ve enjoyed all the work building mi kit. Thank you very much… To Stukatrooper for his fantastic tutorial. To Mark (firebladejedi) for his great tutorial; guide to making a canvas belt. To Terry (Pandatrooper) for his tutorial; attaching hand plates. To Steve (riveting) for his holster tutorial. And very special thanks to Pablo de Biasi (TKDUEUNO). Thank you for all your precious advices, your full assistance and your patience during my entire build. For setting a higher standard on building armor; you were truly an example and an inspiration as how to do things correctly. From México to Italy, “GRACIAS Pabloâ€.
  22. As usual Terry, Gracias for your help!!! Here are some more pics of my build of my armor and my first Test Fit. I hope you enjoy the pictures…
