    I'm a child of the OT, born in '76, who grew up on the snowy plains of Iowa. After college at U of Iowa and a long year living in San Diego, my wife and I settled in Cary, NC in 2008. There's so much we love about the Carolinas, and we now consider it our home. Also, I'm a massive fan of the old Galoob Star Wars toys, and I run a website dedicated to them at: StarWarsMicroMachines.com

    A few more Star Wars-y goodies. I was the winner of Rebelscum's 10th anniversary contest, which means I have a 12" figure of myself made by Gentle Giant (this is my avatar pic). Also, I've traveled to most of the Star Wars filming locations in Tunisia, Italy, Spain, California, etc. I took a Harper's Magazine journalist out to Buttercup Valley; you can read the article if you google "Raiders of the Lost R2". You may have heard me on the ForceCast, talking about the custom figure and the article.

    The forum gives me the option to "follow" a thread, which I have done for several interesting threads that I want to keep up on. After going through the various links in my profile, though, I can't figure out how to get back to any of the threads I'm following. Any help would be greatly appreciated, thanks!
