well my first armor which i'm still currently working on is an FX TX black kit!!!! i figure that the FX is a great start to get into this hobby...with the black kit being my first...i learned a lot a lot a lot of things...from tools to how to approach things, so it's def. a good and less expensive way to go...you could also get an FX lite kit, minus the helmet of course!!!!! when i eventually go WHITE, i will def. get one of the more accurate kits....just my two cents...i've heard many great things about AP kits though!!!!!

well if i could fit an AP that would be awesome...i still have plenty of time to save up and research!!!!! also have time to lose weight to....

well i've heard so many good things about AP, but i'm not sure if i'd fit!!!!! i'm really not that big, but i'm also not skinny!!!! here's me in my TX!!!!!

Well i have an FX TX Stealth kit, i am almost done, but i will eventually want white armor of course, i am 5'11" 205lbs, the FX armor fits on me with no shims needed, but it's cutting it very close, would RT give me the mobility and comfort needed to be elite???? I know FX armor is acceptable as elite status, but i also know that RT is more accurate!!!!!!! I figure i'm too big for AP!!!! anyone???? AP is smaller than FX armor right????

i have an MR Hero Bucket and the stripes are blue...couple pics fresh out the box!!!!!! lighting really does affect how the stripes look!!!!! i love my MR bucket, it may not look screen accurate but it does the job for me!!!!!!

those are really nice....but i'd like to have bubbled ones!!!!!! anyone know of any darker bubbled ones????

are FX bubble lenses too see through????? i am using the FX bubble lenses which i know suck to see out of, but they are way too see through!!!!! anyone know of where i can get darker tinted bubble lenses??????

i was in the same boat man...i wanted armor so bad i wasn't sure what would be a good price for it!!!!! that armor looks like AFX or FX armor...i researched a lot and read a lot in this forum as well as others, and this particular you can usually get for $500-$600...so i would do a little research and message tupperware tk!!!!!! good luck man....i'm currently working on my FX TX armor!!!!!! just my 2 cents!!!!!

same here...i didn't use any pvc pipe, then again, i'm a TX so i just put together the 2 halves with a glue gun, held in place then glued the end caps...those secure it, and so does the mylar strips and the plastic piece that goes over the whole thing!!!!! what are you guys trying to do????
