hey David, well i have both the Shadow FX lid and MR Shadow LE, i love the LE, personally for me, it holds too much value and sentimental value to troop in!!!!! i consider it an impressive collectible!!!!! i would suggest modding the MR CE helmet, that's actually what i plan to do!!!!!! any questions you have feel free to ask me, as i;m just completing my armor myself!!!! good luck man!!!!!

hey David, i have an FX shadow kit too, i actually want to convert an MR CE to TX too...i'm on the hunt for another one to do this, what you need is mirrored lenses...if anyone can help me find some mirrored lenses that would be awesome since the Special Ops detachment is VERY VERY boring and no one is ever on there!!!!!!

i was wondering if rivets shown on armor, ie. side gaps are approved and 501st approved???? i thought in ANH, they had rivets on the side of their armor, isn't there a screen grab somewhere?????? thanks!!!!!

sweet build man, here's a mod for my ab piece and kidney peice which i cut apart from the back piece, looks a lot better and it fits right under my back piece like in ANH... hope it makes sense...i added the extra abs plastic that came with the kit to fill in my side gaps...

actually the MR LE helmet is the exact same as the EFX LE helmet...the only main difference is a cleaner frown paint...the MR CE UK, is a big difference...but the Limited Editions are the same thing!!!!! i would save your money for a different helmet...!!!!!!! i won the both MR LE and CE...love them both!!!!!

lol, i was skinny in High School, about 5'9" 160 lbs, not as skinny as some here, but i did not look menacing...anyways, if you want to gain wait, drink CytoGainer, it's a muscle milk protein mix...lol, and junk food, like $1 double burgers if you can find any...should do the trick, and video games really work!!!!!! i'm 22 and i'm a solid 5'11" 200lbs!!!!! good luck man, but i didn't start gaining weight till i was like 20...i had a very fast metabolism!!!!!!

hey Jory i did the same thing, i love the white kits, but i also love the black kits, since it is my first kit ever, i want to master my next and better, more accurate white kit when i do get it...but for now, my black kit will work fine, if you need any help, lemme know, i'm finishing mine up soon!!!!!!

nobody knows which side is suppose to overlap on the belt?????

What side is the canvas belt suppose to wrap over???? is it left over right or vise versa???? does it matter???? and how do you get rid of all the small little strings from the canvas?????

wow!!!!!! that is freaken awesome...take it from someone who has the black FX lid...this owns it by far!!!!!! how do you keep the paint from being kinda sticky???? does it leave fingerprint markings on the paint, like prints not smears????? what kind of tube stripe decals did you use, and what did you do for the matte black tear ducts and other matte black ducts???? awesome helmet!!!!!

where can i find this paint and do you have to primer the helmet before hand??????

hey raijlin it's Luis from the Carolina garrison, well, i know how those divets and scratches feel, it just bugs me to, but i would suggest leaving it there!!!! there is a tutorial where someone has used some shavings from the abs to fill in some gaps, not sure who it was, but they melted it with another chemical or something...as for the paint, i'm not sure but if you find it, let me know what it is...lol!!! the frown on many EU pics and MR's Shadow lid is silver, if you look at mine, it's silver and many TX's in the 501st are silver frowns too!!!!! still trying to mess with the brow!!!!!! good luck man, were gonna be in the same garrison so hit me here or on the Carolina garrison site!!!!!! sorry if i wasn't much help!!!!!!

that thing is sweet man...what kind of helmet is that...i'm still new when it comes to different armor and helmet types...in building a stealth suit, but it's the FX black kit!!!!!!! sweet stuff man!!!!
