TD-4395

Im currently trying to build all of the parts expect the barrel, scope, counter, and d ring out of craft foam. Im currently working on the handle. If all goes good I shall be posting some pics. My current delima is what filler could i use that can be sanded and placed on sealed craft foam. If anyone has any ideas please post Thanks.

Thanks for your replies also i have a rather large head does it matter which make the helmet is?

Im 5' 11" and around 180lbs would this armor work for me?
