  1. I know what Wayne is talking about Joey , i know when i put mine together dont over tighten the ear's because they do tend to sink in to the helmet , try and find a happy medium maybe try and trimm a few mm off around the tops of the ear's .below is how i have mine at the mo .
  2. WOW Joey i would not worrie about the gap's with the right ear it look's more authentic like the originals just dont over trimm like i did on the Left ear ,but i can see you have that spot on , Rob has kindley sent me another left ear which i have now trimmed to how it should be and is now on the bad boy .
  3. You mean like this Tony ,my Replica Luke helmet that Paul has just made
  4. Very Very Niceeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee Joey , you do have those eye's spot on
  5. Congrates from here mate , well done on the Holster front Adrian , i Just thought you had a top replica screen used suit and it to be let down by the holster
  6. IMPRESIVE MOST .............. nice photo's there Adrian and a super suit i take it this is the PVC version ,the only nag i have is your holster i dont know how this would effect you for CS , but imho it needs to be not so wide and made of a thicker leather
  7. The old man get's it Now the TM Junior's first little sweetheart she would not leave him alone Bless she just know's great armour when she see's it .
  8. Some more antic's from the last couple of troop's they did .
  9. Hi Stefan ,the pp is as flexible as 1.5mm abs and is as flexible as my 1.5mm PVC lid , its hard to decribe its just feels more solid , about painting the lid , i remember when painting my PP Gino v3 i scored it up with medium sandpaper then washed it with soap and water let dry for 24 hrs and then i used Krylon Gloss white spray paint 3 coats if i remember , then let dry for a further 24 hrs then with me finger nail chiped away in certain area's and weatherd it up slightly
  10. flawless as ever mate
  11. @ Rich mate the suit arrived today from Paul and iam still in ore of it ,he has done a remarkable replica and that's why we all deep down know he is the best in this hobby thank you Paul ,so on my lunch break today i tryed all the suit on and everything fits perfect even the chest overlaping the abb buttons the only adustment i have to do is trim 1 inch of the bottom's of the shins so i can walk a bit better and thats it ,hopfully get that done over the weekend then for some pose photo's ohh yes and just got to attach grabbling hook box to the belt . And Boy the Luke Hero helmet is unbelivable . @ Paul copy that on the boots mate thank you as always
  12. A while back i was talking to Gary and Billy of the UKG about me having a replica Luke suit i have always adored Luke's Stormtrooper suit and what with being a little bit ....... you get my drift ,i thought this would be quite aproprate ,so there was only one man for the job to get this so right in every detail TROOPERMASTER .so i contacted Paul and he was more than happy to make me a replica Luke suit,he contacted me to say he had this glossy 1.5mm abs which had the same screen look colour about it and flexable to this could not have come at a better time so i commisioned Paul to make the suit in this new abs . Then it was back and forward with pm's regarding some fine detail that Luke had on his suit the 360 degree of Luke's Torso that can be found on the BlueRay extra disk really helped out especialy when looking on how the chest and back plate were conected in which you can just work out that there are elastic straps there and white glued over them . Some other fine detailing is on Luke's inner left thigh its like its been over trimmed Love it so that had to be on the replica ,also really thick drop boxes as per Luke's ,when i put the photo's up please have a look and spot other fine detail's . Some progress photo's from Troopermaster . Photo's of Luke's belt assembley to follow and the story contuinues
  13. Thank you Paul and Ryan most helpfull

  16. Hi Stefan iam measuring the thickness of the PP Lids to be 1mm correct me if iam wrong RS ! , i tell you what mate when i rivited this baby together its got to be one of the sturdest and solid lid's i have made or owned
  17. I take preferance to the low brow Hero Paul really reminds me of Luke's helmet
  18. Thank you for your kind comments guy's ,but this would have not been possible if it was not for Rob and Simon's commitment to this project with this type of plastic ,it was a nightmare to form but you got it bang on well done you two for offering the closest to owning a original helmet the hobby is truely greatfull . Pic of the RS PP Helmet next to the RS PVC
  19. Got this from Rob and Si at the weekend thanks lads and boy is this some bad an impolite person bit of kit , i really enjoyed building it, the face plate is so crisp and sharp the pics do not do it justice i will get some more taken with better light and this bad boy will be staying Green
  20. TM Junior you said it , gotta love the Hero helmet make sure you get some trooper token's for one mate
  21. You can get the body armour into a suitcase if you slide the arms into the shins, then the shins inside the thighs and the thighs inside the torso. Helmet has to be carried seperately. I will have to do as Paul says for transporting the Luke suit Rich , what with the chest and back plate straped and glued to the abb and kidney as per the original , and yes mate you made a fantastic job of your TM Pin's
  22. Absolutley Stunning ,your quite right Joey those legs are somthing eles , sorry which one are you mate
  23. Mine arrived safe and sound today cheers Rob and Si ,cant wait to get started altough iam not painting it , it will just be my Green lid a before and after desplayed next to my RS PVC LID ,i will post a reveiw on here with a couple of photo's , ok maybe more than a couple it would not be me otherwise
  24. Its alright for an old Blaster at your side kid ! , Stunning Rob and attention to all the detailing with the proper T-track ,make's me wish i had kept my original Stirling
  25. Awsome build Wayne , the elastic loops look fine to me you might want them a bit longer on the chest to the top of the abb , if you have them the loops to small the neck area on the chestplate will cut in to your neck, but hey thats what they had to put up with back in the day one size fits all ie - the trade mark Chest flexing , for sure make different sizes of elastic loops to find what your happy with and to suit your frame
