Have been after these bad boy's for a while and they go for a fortune on ebay the likeness for Luke is preety good , Han look's a bit cheesy but these IMHO are the best Luke and Han as Stormtrooper's from sideshow , iam tempted to re-trim there armour to make it a bit more screen accurate

@ Joey it is our Garrison branding Sticker that is alway's placed on the left shoulder bell that we all where with pride once we have the costumes cleared in to the UKG we then do our induction on our first troop and get branded

I still think the TM Junior rules over all these suit's Derreck nice compasion's mate againt's the TM , RS and MFX

Would want them to look like and represant somthing like this

Hey Mark ,Nice saber , i had one very much like yours a few years ago made by Saberforge but unfortantly i sold it But i know many Sabersmith's have based this kind of concept stormtrooper lightsaber on the below image which is not McQ . Other saber's based from the image I was thinking on going this root but i want to do somthing that keep's more reprensation of the concept lazer Sword drawing's Lets see what i can do with the vintage Touches /Flash light, IMHO they reprasent the shape more and mainly the emmitter end Ohh yes and Mark you wont have to make do ,if they turn out right i will make ya one

Today i have been doing some long hard thinking on the construction of the Concept McQ Lightsaber should look like , and then the penny dropped Vintage hand held tourches or flash lights , plus this also pay's homage to Mr Lucas for using vintage camara flashes for the original lightsaber's Some pics below of some vintage tourches and flash lights and some of them really do have the shape there and come in a veritey of sizes to be a McQ concept Lightsaber with a little bit of modding and painted or powder coated white

Just recived my Grey undersuit the one that Pete recomended it spot on coulor and nice and stretchy with a tint of shine looks awsome up againts my white abs TK

Thought i should put this up tie's in nicely to the thread it's the mini McQ Trooperset made by Clutch , and curtsey of R2 Dan and what a awsome job he has done painting them up on a mini scale of his set , just goes to show you how somthing can look really cool on any scale , oh and by the way i contacted Clutch yesterday to see if he was able to do another run , but unfortantly he no longer has the molds what a lovley little project to have as a desplay peice @ Kevin really do like the separate neck closure on the chest with out the shoulder bridges

@ Joey shall be trooping the Luke suit this weekend mate so more pics to come

Thank you for pointing that out Travis , Skygunbro no longer adds these to his Concept McQ Stormtrooper helmet kit you have to by them sepratly , some folk prefer to paint the details and some like to add the decalls

And theres me thinking i posted a lot of photos , nice one Fransico shall enjoy watching this build as i did doing my RS PVC , take your time mate and dont rush and be sure to follow the original ANH armour , ie - on screen or the achives photo's

Really do notice those shoulder bells now , nice one Mr H , need to be more rounded and smoother at the tops , @ Chris, i quite like the Slave Leia chest agreed it could be reduced slightly

Hi Mike , i have all three RS helmets ABS , PVC , and the PP , and imho i would say the PVC and PP are the same and both really sharp for showing all the walts and bumps of the original lid , the ABS not so much but still a nice lid

Pete great mind's thinking alike again agree on the shoulder bridges

@ Kevin , i feel that GG has got the upper body looking right , shoulder bells , bicep's , forearm's yes photo's mate

Now they do look nice with the Grey sole well done Kevin

Umm in two minds now with the white sole , the grey would contrast well with the grey undersuit
