  1. 1/8 of the strip or the ledge? If you can, trim more either way.
  2. Right on. The original suits didn't' always get that right, so many parts hade more of the "ledge" that the strips sit on, exposed under the strip. But try to get it right on with nothing more or less sticking out from either ledge or strip.

  4. If you have one of the long strips of lens material you can attach it on each side using the ear screws. If not, I recommend getting one. You can cut it out from a cheap welding face screen or buy it per cut on trooperbay for example. Sent from my Nexus 5 using Tapatalk
  5. And finish painting the rest of your helmet I hope. Sent from my Nexus 5 using Tapatalk
  6. Take it apart and redo it is my suggestion. And don't hot glue the lenses like that. The glue seeping out of the sockets is quite visible, and you don't want it to be air tight anyway, as some important ventilation takes place through the eye sockets. I also recommend trimming down the ears more. They look really, really fat compared to what it's supposed to be like.
  7. They don't. It's a foam toy. But those who make the hyperfirm's have had problems in the past with countries with stricter import customs who refused their packages, and the customer thought it was the hyperfirm guys fault and blamed them. That's why they don't ship overseas anymore. Nordic countries should have no problems at all, but try telling them that. Your best bet is to either aska friend, or hire a service that does the re-mailing to you.
  8. Judging by that it looks like one pin is the positive, and the other the negative. As simple as it gets.
  9. Our forum or photobucket? Our forum has no restrictions on the size of images linked from external sites.
  10. It's not really locked, you just need to get enough posts before you can post in the marketplace.
  11. Yes, but you're more likely to get better mic tips for the same money by checking out the offerings by keith and sskunky here on the forum. Ebay simply cannot be trusted with props without exhaustive investigations first.
  12. A minimum of 2-3 mm is what I would call it at if you still want the look they provide of "thick armour" rather than just plastic sheets. Keep the bottom of the chest a little larger if you like as it looks better and doesn't' risk pinching any body parts.

  16. You don't have to go through the 501st website other than to add it to your profile in the membership-db link. Then you send pictures to your GML and they will hopefully approve it. Adding a second costume is easier than joining the club for the first time.
  17. I have asked Eric to deliver a scanned signature to be put on the certificates. But for now you'll have to settle with my name.

  20. That is perfectly allowed to do. But you need to post in the "request 501st status" thread before you'll be able to create a thread in the EIB section.
  21. Then you should go and post in the thread dedicated for that. Until then you will not be able to create the topic to apply for EIB with. It's a forum restriction to maintain the workflow.
  22. You also can't apply for EIB untill you have proven 501st membership.
  23. Add more padding inside the helmet.
  24. It means that the frown should not look like the ROTJ frown. Just like a ANH frown but black. Sent from my Nexus 5 using Tapatalk
