the Ebay link in question is from a long time vendor. He's reliable but you would get a better deal with Deckard's AM armor.

Its always good to see someone trash talking TE, even on Ebay. Reap what you sow Matt. This is a good opportunity for someone with a vac table.
-
Don't ever store your CAboots with your underarmor. The under armor will wick up the smell of the boots and you will stink to high hell. I made that mistake at DragonCon09.

Yep thats VT armor too. Just without the VT helmet. It has an MRCE in place of the VT helmet. Just another example of costume junkie cutting corners to increase his profit margin. VT has good armor these days. I heard he was secretly a well respected member of the FISD, too bad he won't come forward.

I too have gotten parts from predalien64, very dependable, and nice quality!

I second that, very nice job on the conversion!!!

I saw the inflatable ones on ebay and wouldn't trust em. I did however order a fiberglass mannequin. Its not posable but its got a good neutral posture to it. It should arrive this week. expect a thread when it arrives. I only paid $104 shipped for it. Its a USED Mannequin from Flea Bay.

Yep that definitely looks nice. Plus being rubber that makes it more screen accurate than my plastic T track. No to mention this new found item is thicker than what I had which is more like the screen used. Excellent work!

Great pics! I love the Rocky Horror party attendee!!!
The wedding I attended last month was a mix of Star Trek as well, only 501st were in attendance but the decorative themes had the smell of Trekkie on it LoL!

I think there's a direct link with Paul's Ability to lead and the fact that in less than 4 years time this forum has become THE GOTO PLACE if you are into white plastic armor. Congrats Paul for the Foremost TK Costuming forum on the entire internet.

I think its because the Airsoft Sterling SMG is about twice as much as an actual demilled sterling. Airsoft sterlings that I have seen for sale have been in the neighborhood of $1000. You can get them from the model gun company cheaper than that and they fire blanks.

Fabulous!!!! Textbook ROTJ TK and you nailed it!

I have bought stuff from him in the past. I would buy from him again too because I have had no complaints so far. He does quite a bit of resin casting and I have never noticed any recaster dead give aways.

That looks really good! Not to mention its rare to see a MFX build, kudos!

I think your best bet for ANH accuracy and ABS would be as Pablo mentioned, TM armor. As far as a 5'10" mannequin goes, I can come stand in your living room in armor but I must warn you as soon as the lights go out, I'll raid your fridge.

Paul did you get Lord Gino's permission to use that banner?
-
you could flip it upside down and plant a flower in it.

Nate, I've seen a bunch of your work and you even taught me how to make silicone molds and make castings, thanks! Plus your good friend and one of the most trustworthy folks I know. Cheers

Dont forget there is High Gloss HIPS armor available too. Its like the best of both worlds; Dang near as tough as ABS, Doesn't need painting and gets sweet pulls like HIPS.
It would be awesome if TE2 used high gloss HIPS

I saw this on the RPF not long ago, Well Done!

proof that froglips will recast ANYTHING he can get his hands on.

Stomper posted in this thread over a year ago, but I havent seen him posting in months. He turns out some great quality pieces. Anyone heard from him lately? His ROTJ blaster accessories like the U Track and scope rail are bound to be the best available. Someone should track him down and see if his pieces are still available. I've gotten many E-11 parts from him in the past and was always pleased with thier quality.
TE moulds for sale on ebay!
