  1. Chest plate & Back plate Made in Blender The thing I like and find aesthetically pleasing about the R1TK is the nice bulbous protrusion of the front of the chest plate. Back plate The back greeblies. This is the hardest part of the plate that took me along time to reference since i couldn't find any reference images showing this angle. This is how it looked like according to the sideshow figure. * update * There is a small dimple in the bottom left of the left greeblie I forgot to add. Here it is.

  2. A while back i have always wanted to make a stormtrooper costume in a r1tk style but now I have finally come around to it. I have the soft parts and the boots from ImperialBoots I bought like 4 years ago. I plan to model all the armor pieces in blender with references from what I could gather on the internet pulled into PureRef and the Sideshow figure if i could afford it i would buy a 3d scanner and scan it from there. Photogrammetry would be hard with it being so shiny so ima just eyeball it. The only model that's the most accurate as others have found is DesertFareCosplays helmet on Etsy so I'll be using that with some of my own modifications to make it ever so more accurate. I anticipate this will be a several months long process so there's no need to rush it and hopefully then after some hard work i'll have a good costume.

  3. @Trooper1972That is great. once we have your EIB set, I will post what we need for centurion to help you get everything ready. Also, not sure what happened but I am not seeing the photo in your last post.

  4. Changes I made to the DesertFareCosplay Helmet Smoothed out the chin and beveled most of the edges. brought the protrusions on the side of the vocoder and drooped them down made the filters smaller and angled towards each other. also inset the part behind the the decals/greeblies inwards. Changed the shape of the ear pieces so that it is a circle and added bevels to the sharp edges changed the shape of the back so that the tangent of the curve is more squash shaped than pear shaped From the bottom

  5. Brilliant yes mate thanks. [emoji1303][emoji1303] Funny thing is I have the exact same reference picture you do ! [emoji1787] I took a look at my TD and realised what you meant mate and I was able to adjust it straight away so now I just need to get those new photos done tomorrow. 🫡 I’m going to post and request for Centurion as well straight away so can you see if there is anything else that may need sorting out as well in advance for that. [emoji848][emoji848]. Cheers in advance [emoji1317][emoji1317]
