tk9393[TK] Posted September 16, 2009 Report Posted September 16, 2009 Ok so everything but the boyscout frame and the tupperware lid are made from scratch items! I made it with tooping in mind so it is either bolted or rivited together, She's solid but not to heavy! Allthough not "screen accurate" I did try to include details from all five backpacks seen in (ANH) including the SE version. It can be worn in both a "Standard" or "Marmit" style. This one is nice and clean could be used for a HWT no Sand here Thanks for looking! BTW, I no longer own this pack. Quote

Productions Posted September 17, 2009 Report Posted September 17, 2009 Do you have any build pictures? As I would love to make myself a new pack soon, and this is the best scratch build I have seen!! Thanks Luke Quote
Midian Posted September 17, 2009 Report Posted September 17, 2009 Nice build there dude....... do you take orders? Quote
Dargas[501st] Posted September 17, 2009 Report Posted September 17, 2009 the one thing i can think of is the two boxes instead of one BUT you Really have to fixate on it to notice! I wish My back pack looked that good! Quote
tk9393[TK] Posted September 21, 2009 Author Report Posted September 21, 2009 Thanks for all the comments I really appreciate the support! "Do you have any build pictures" Sorry Luke I don't ...I have a tendency to jump into my builds and forget to document the journey. "do you take orders?" No , but I might be willing to part with this pack, I'm currently working on a more accurate "ANH TD"kit. "two boxes instead of one" Yes I agree, and the pack I'm currently making will have the two seperate boxes. At the time I was thinking of how to build a pack that generally reflected all of the packs. The SE ones apear to be a single box type build and even some game shots show a single box base. Plus it can be used for extra storage! Thanks again for all the pat's on the back! BTW I hope the new owner likes it! Quote
Quartermaster[501st] Posted May 9, 2010 Report Posted May 9, 2010 Very nice build Brian. You've got the talent, that's for sure. Here are a few of my scratch built packs. First is a more traditional ANH pack weathered: Second is an "SE" pack from ANH: Third is a custom "Novatrooper" pack based on the ANH packs: Quote
