TK-7060 Posted January 17, 2009 Report Posted January 17, 2009 I'm working on some mods on my armour, changing out velcro for snaps and such, so make it more secure. The thing is that I've used all my ABS cement, and still have a lot to do. Anyone have a spare Weld On can they don't use or know where to get one? Tried ordering from TrikToys, but they charged me $79 in postage to get me the $16 can, and I can't really afford that. Quote
TK6540UKG Posted January 17, 2009 Report Posted January 17, 2009 Pop along to your nearest hardare/DIY store and look for PVC pipe weld or similar... Does exactly the same job, and more controlable where you put it, as it's usually in a tube. HTH. Quote

If you're looking for "glue that melts plastic" there are a couple of stores in Oslo and Sandvika that has it. Quote
TK-7060 Posted January 20, 2009 Author Report Posted January 20, 2009 I found glue at last. I went 'round asking and noone wanted to sell me glue when I said it was for ABS. Strange. Finally came to a willing guy, and he had the best glue. Armour modded and more secure. Quote
