Census status - First Imperial Stormtrooper Detachment (Expired)

How do I make sure my 501st census status doesn't show expired membership in the FISD?

First Imperial Stormtrooper Detachment (Expired)

 

I tried to edit it - I figured remove and re-add... now it says I'm retired.

This comes up every census and election period, make sure you log into these forums at least once per year, more info here

Thanks - Time flies - I hadn't logged in in well over a year. Now it says retired due to my attempt to fix it.
We'll see if the status is changed since I've logged in.

It will probably stay that way until closer to the election. That's the only time it matters so the sync is done then to ensure accuracy. We don't generally do manual approvals as the sync will do it for us.

Your last logon is recorded as May 2023. The OP states you must login at least once a year to eligible for detachment membership.

As you have now logged on this will update the next time the Legion Sync runs, probably in January as it's generally only run close to the election.

Mine has shown "expired" for months.  I first noticed it back when I was completing the census.  Are we sure that it will correct automatically?  Or do I need to build another TK and rejoin?  LOL

Normally that would mean you’ve not logged in in over a year but I can see you have. Let me see if I can do anything.

I always participate in various events as a stormtrooper, but I rarely visit our forum.
The elections just reminded me that I haven't been on the FISD forum in a while.
Is writing this message enough to get back active in the detachment? (not to be able to vote in this election, but just to become active again in the detachment)

You must login to the detachment forum at least once a year to remain active. The system is automated and picks up active accounts before the elections start.

It should pick up you've logged in next time the sync runs, which is reasonably regularly but I wouldn't expect anything to change during the election period.
