Salome Posted April 23, 2025 Report Posted April 23, 2025 Just realized that I was supposed to fit my biceps to my arms and I've already glued them shut and put on the cover strips. Should I try to take them apart and cut them down and size them? And if so, how do I get the E6000 glue off without destroying the plastic and cover strips? Quote
Sly11[Admin] Posted April 23, 2025 Report Posted April 23, 2025 Luckily, E6000 doesn't set hard like CA glue. It remains slightly elastic, so you should be able to slowly prize them off. Take your time and start by removing any of the excess glue you may have along the sides of the cover strips. Start at one end and see if you can get something under the cover and between the bicep halves, and work your way down the length. A sharp blade will assist in cutting the E6000 and your result should be fine. Many have needed to do this over the years, be it to resize or realign parts with covers strips. 1 Quote
Salome Posted April 23, 2025 Author Report Posted April 23, 2025 Thank you so much. I was able to take it apart and sizing it. Also researched which side the dimple is on and the builder I watch on YouTube said it was on the right side but everyone else says it's on the left bicep so I'm leaving it on the left. Thanks again! 2 Quote
Tall_Trooper[Staff] Posted April 23, 2025 Report Posted April 23, 2025 Yes, the Biezieps with the dimple is on your left arm 1 Quote
JBar[TK] Posted April 27, 2025 Report Posted April 27, 2025 Yep thumb print is on the left side: Biceps are a great piece to practice resizing with since they're pretty forgiving. Let us know if you have questions resizing anything else especially since some of the parts are trickier Quote
