Boot size?

I've heard Imperial Boots run small. Im a size 11EE  US.  Does anyone have an idea of what size I should order? Or is there another vendor, that what have something more suitable for my Double E feet?

Most tend to purchase a size up, my FOTK boots though were perfect for my actual size.
