Thigh seam

What is the widest the front strip that covers the thigh seal be?  Can you make it 1" or 1.5"?  I need to make the thigh armor a little wider so I can raise it a little on the left side.

Normally we try to add larger cover strips to the rear as they are not seen as much by the public but if you do need to add larger to the front there shouldn't be an issue going 1" or 1.5"

Thank you.  I'm going to try an inch on the front and the back.

Just make sure you keep the cover stips uniform, like have 1 inch on one side and less on the other.
