Katye
I plan on painting one TK kit, yellow gold and navy. What is the best method in doing this? I didnt want to buy 100s of little pant bottles, as it would take forever to paint it that way.
Rat[TK]
Rattle can and masking. There are several companies out there that make good spray paint.Sent from my VK815 using Tapatalk
gmrhodes13[Staff]
If you want the paint to stay on then you will need to rough it first with some 400 sand paper, you can do this wet as the paper will last longer and not get clogged as quickly. Spray cans will work, I prefer automotive acrylic paint as it gives even thin coats which dries quickly. To be a little more cost effective you can buy automotive paint in larger cans 1, 2 and 4 litres, but you will need either a spray giun and compressor or have someone professionaly paint it for you.
