 Has anybody used the back of a storm trooper armor back panel to insert  A cooling fan and piping around on my neck if so are there any photos of how it’s done or is this the first time someone’s thought of it

I think you may have posted this in the wrong area ;)

 

Not that I have seen, someone may have over the years but I find it doubtful you could get enough airflow to circulate well enough.

 

Apart from fans in the helmet the only other cooling I have seen is freezer bags slipped in a vest or pockets in undersuits.

 

Something like these which are able to conform to the body

BUT I've attended a couple of 39 Deg C troops (102F) and never needed one, as long as you take enough water breaks you will survive ;)

The only cooling I ever needed is one in the helmet for fresh air support. 

If your armor is not too close-fitting every light breeze will go through your armor and effectively cool you down. :duim:
