Returns on shins ??

Is there any issues with removing the returns on the base of the shins (i.e standard TK centurion build ) with regards to 501st approval ???

You want to remove them. It would tear your boots up quick if not.

Yes, you are ok to remove them. As Randy said, they will chew up your boots. Also, the shins are supposed to be tight to the boots, which means you need to remove the return just the same as the bottoms of the forearms.
