These would be great boots. I bought these without noticing the seem on them in the photos and have a little buyer’s remorse. I want to try and cover up the seam with white Flex Shot rubber adhesive/sealant, but would like to see if anyone else out there has solved this problem to cover up seams and make them level two+ compliant.

I did try a little of the Flex Shot on one of the back seams (where it would be less conspicuous) and it looks like a few coats might solve the issue, but I wanted to see what others have done before I get too far.

As someone who owns a pair, you're better off getting a new pair from ImperialBoots or TKBoots. Even if you are able to cover up the seams, TK/Imperial Boots are of much better quality and will last a lot longer.

Probably not what you wanted to hear, but on the bright side at least you'd have a backup pair!

Yeah not quite what I was hoping for. I think I’m going to press on with the attempt to mask the seam. After two coats of Flex Shot it looks a lot better. I am going to let this dry and give it another few coats tomorrow and see how it looks.
