prode1[TK]
I am seeking approval (or disapproval) of the screws I placed in the helmet. These are not glued yet but if they are ok then I will glue them in place.
troopermaster
I can't tell wether they are dome head or flat, but you want flat head machine screws and keep them in place with nuts on the inside of your helmet, not glue.
Trooperdad
I like the ones on the ears, but not sure about the one near the edge trim. Like Paul said, use nuts (lock/nylon nuts best) and recess them as much as possible to be near flush. Good job. I love mods!
TK8776 jgarrettg
I think they look good. I counter sunk mine a little deeper which required a tiny bit of glue to hold them in. Since they aren't required to hold the ears on with the CE, they're just cosmetic, I don't see the need for nuts on the inside. Just my opinion. Besides, even if I had used nuts they would be covered up by the padding I'm installing. Do you guys really care about the nuts inside? Murray1134[501st]
Nuts help keep the screws from coming loose, at least that's why I would put them in.
