Do you have a link to their site?  I personally have never heard of them before, but that doesn't mean they are necessarily bad.  Your best bet is to purchase from one of the "vetted" armorers on our list:  http://www.whitearmor.net/forum/topic/11538-the-various-types-of-armor-and-where-to-find-them/

I think Crow Props is Giovanni's shop - he's most famous (or infamous depending on your point of view) for making costume boots.
