Ok so have you guys who installed the bubble lens rounded the whole for the lens? Or have you just bent the lens a little ? What worked for you.

I followed the natural curve of the eyes and my bubble lenses sat quite flush

ae8665a72e67e010c910966fa7ce722f.jpg as you can see in the picture it touches the center of the buckets eye socket. I figure just round the center a little to accept the lens. Thoughts ?

There was a ROTJ build recently, where the builder made an amazing job on the eyes... check out over in the ROTJ builds section.

Didn't see any posts that help me. So I'm going to dremel the eye socket to accept the bubble lens a little better. I read that some gap helps with ventilation "somewhat"
