Neck seal bib - excess fabric?

Hey folks - so quick question. Is the recommended way to wear your neck seal with the bib tucked inside the undersuit or hanging on top of it? If I do the latter, sometimes it ends up looking quite messy with a lot of excess fabric just hanging out after some time moving around. Here's what I'm referring to, see how it's starting to bunch up at the back plate and shoulder bridges?

I've seen people do it both way. So whatever way works best for you I say go for it.

I tuck mine inside the undersuit

I tuck mine in or else it bunches up like in your pic.
