ab split rivets 10mm from edge(hinge)

i measured 5.5cm between each hole i am going to drill  10mm from the side, now i drilled on the 10mm mark, before i go any further is this right?

 

for some reason it will only let me upload 3.75kb of files! that is stupid, so for now i cant post a picture, if anyone could post a picture of a correct one with a ruler next to it that would be great, thanks
