SofusSnake
I found a potential source of (black) chelsea boots, they look good from the pictures. Pricing seems fairly OK, and they are supposedly custom made to order. Could be a good source if you're in the UK or Europe and want to dye your own boots for the genuine look. ----------- Edited February 2, 2022 by gmrhodes13 link not working removed
Rob .T .[TK]
No, they are far too low . Ideally you need high ankle sides, that way the shin armor covers them . eBay riding jodhpur boots are often the desired shape , and usually around twenty quid a pair . SofusSnake
Aah, sorry, didn't catch that they were the low types, at all.
astrocling
I have some boots that are very similar to these and about the same height. They are a little short but completely manageable. I had problems with my left shin coming over the boot but a little Velcro there fixed it right up. I got mine from Amazon. The dying process wasn't fun and I am happier with my TK boots I have now but it worked while I was waiting.
