Can anyone point me in the right direction as to assembly instructions/resources for AP armour up to level 3? Links are welcome or any other help. I see a lot of build threads but not exactly what I'm looking for and a lot of troopers who either have built the ANH variation not the ESB variant I'm trying to go for, Have not completed the build or have not been approved to the 501st let alone to EIB or Centurion.

Is the untrimmed AP set relatively similar to other armourers untrimmed sets or is there tricks I need to know about?

Hey Dave, I just ordered from AP and am going for an ESB Centurion level build as well! It's my first build and figured I'll go full throttle for 501st approval here in Ottawa.

I'll keep you posted if I find anything and how my build progresses.

Guys head straight to the Hard armor section and start looking at AP armour builds. Also have a look at approved EIB and Centurion apps to see the sort of things that people get right and wrong in their submissions.

At the end of the day, when building for accuracy, use original reference material from the FISD photo archives and only use build threads and applications as guides.

Hope this helps.

Oh and ask a crap load of questions, there is plenty of help here.

Thanks Andrew, appreciate the guidance, looks like lots more reading material...
