Just watched ANH again, and noticed that one of the TKs was wearing what looked to be like a comlink with a 5x5 (?) white box instead of a thermal detonator, and thought it might be an alternative. (Dare to be different)! Still waiting on my the armor itself, but have everything else in place. I know to get certified that I must have the TD, but was thinking this might be something different to wear occasionally. Also thinking about making PVC wrist cuffs/holster, but was wondering what the protocol was for that. Thanks again for all the past and future advice! It's what Luke uses to swing him and Leia over the trench You see him putting the belt on, after they've taken off the armor.How a stormtrooper would be able to use it for anything, I don't know.
