DoopyDoos not shipped

Hey!

 

I ordered the hasbro blaster conversion kit from doopydoos website on october and got an email stating that the package was dispatched,  it still hasn't arrived yet, I live in Colombia, south america.

 

I have sent a couple emails to them and have gotten no response.

 

does it take that long for international shipping? or what do you guys suggest I do?

I've had no problems ordering form them, 8 kits so far and all arrived. Did you try their direct email [email protected]

Make sure you contact them and get some sort of response, or at least evidence of trying to contact them. If you have no luck with them you've only got 45 days to dispute via paypal. Check with your bank what their policy is if you paid by credit card.

I just got my full kit and it took over 4 weeks since I ordered it.  It went from the UK to the USA via Australia of all crazy things.
