Hard lenses for ANH TM stunt helmet?

I'd like to replace the sheet of green lens material in my TM ANH stunt helmet. Hoping to swap it out for something more rigid/permanent. I've seen threads about FX bubble lenses but nothing about what might work for a TM bucket. Is there such a thing?

Mount it the same way as your current lens material, but don't forget to cut out a notch around your nose or you'll hurt yourself.

Typically, you won't use bubble lenses for a stunt helmet. The most common lenses are cut from welder safety shield available at any safety supply/PPE store

Once you cut the notch/curve for your nose you can place a small piece of clear vinyl tube along the edge.

 

Thus, making it much like an nose pad on a pare of glasses.

 

You will need to measure and cut the vinyl tubing lengthwise.
