Fabio Fontoura Posted June 14, 2013 Report Posted June 14, 2013 Hello fellow troopers. I have a question regarding EIB requirements and my current ANH TK belt. I followed this reference image - http://www.whitearmor.net/forum/gallery/image/2469-anhholsterplacement01/ - for holster rivet(s) placement for Hero version. My issue is related with the 4 rivets on the belt being visible(?). Im a thin person and when I bought the belt from TKittel, I'm afraid I bought it just a little bigger than it should be (my fault). I'm now worried this might be a problem for EIB requirements. This image might show my concern: https://www.facebook.com/photo.php?fbid=176869452466574&set=a.111236052363248.20169.100004305612580&type=3&theater Can you please have a look and tell me your toughts? Should I buy new and shorter belt? Should I just cut the extra canvas in order to show the 2 hidden rivets? Thank you all in advance. Quote
Locitus[Admin] Posted June 14, 2013 Report Posted June 14, 2013 You need to show all four rivets for EIB. Either you cut the excess or get a new belt. Your choice. Sent from my Nexus 7 using Tapatalk HD Quote
FunkyTrigger[TK] Posted June 14, 2013 Report Posted June 14, 2013 I'm sure you can correct the canvas belt by shortening the overlap, however you also need to address that holster. It's far too long for a start. It really shouldn't extend beyond your thigh. Try holstering your blaster, and look into cutting down the excess below the muzzle. Quote
Fabio Fontoura Posted June 15, 2013 Author Report Posted June 15, 2013 Thank you replying. One question, if I cut the excess below the muzzle on the holster; that will present the muzzle itself. Wont that be another issue? Thanks once again. I'm just a newbie searching for help. Quote
Locitus[Admin] Posted June 15, 2013 Report Posted June 15, 2013 It looks to me like the front of the holster is a bit too short, meaning that it should have started higher up, which makes your blaster sit higher up on the holster when inside it. As it is now, it is as you say likely that the muzzle would stick out from the bottom if you cut the overall length. Quote
