3D Printers

I know we're a long way off, but I'm wondering if there will come a day where we'll just be able to "print" armor using one of those new 3D printers.

They for sure could right now lol. Just have to have one big enough and you could print anything you could possibly want as long as you had the schematics... They used this type of 3D printing in ROTS I believe, not for clone obv though

There is someone over on the RPF who is going to be doing a 3D printed Iron Man suit...it just as well could be stormtrooper armor.

I think right now you are limited to a 230x270x200 mm build size and slightly larger for more expensive units. https://www.lpfrg.com/
