One question about sniper plate

Moving along on my build...

 

How much do you trim off the bottom of the sniper plate...all of the edge?

You don't necessarily need to trim anything off of the sniper plate, they usually sit flush with the leg armor depending on what kit/armor you're using, they can be attached with pop rivets or velcro!

AP can be tricky

Might need some severe clamping to get it to sit nicely, but you'll win with determination

 

I would strongly suggest not using pop rivets

They look terrible and will affect you going for higher awards in future, should you decide to

You should have 0 return edge on the bottom, so it sits flush with the leg
