Hey guys, I have had to do some minor filling on my return edge on my chest plate. All I had as a filler was this green putty stuff, and obviously the armour isn't green. :P I have a can of white spray paint that colour matches incredibly well with my armour but it is flat white, not gloss.

On my test piece the difference is barely noticeable.

So should it be fine to have a few small patches of matte white?

I use white T-cut to polish my armour every now and again and that seems to dull the gloss a bit so it might end up blending nicely anyway.

What do you think?

If you use some t cut on the matt white it may give it a little shine like your armor, may be worth while trying a test piece just in case :D

I just sprayed my chest piece and it looks better in flat white I reckon...

Not that I don't love my shiny armour but it looks less like plastic and more like armour you know?

hey I just checked the CRL

Gloss ain't a requirement dawg

Go nuts I say

If anyone kicks up a stink, you can always polish it back to gloss anyways

Or spray on a gloss overcoat

Wicked. :D I forgot to check it so that solves that for me

It'd be a clear gloss overcoat if I were to redo it. Easy application.
