Selling in the Px

Im trying to sell something in the Px but it says I cant start a new topic what do I need to do to be able to post something there?

What is the post count that you need? I had to start a new account here three years ago because I moved and lost access to my email account that was originally tied to this forum (it used an email account with my old ISP that was deleted when I left the ISP). Is there any way to transfer that history or do I need to get posts in here? I want to sell my ANH AP TK armor on the Personal For Sale section but cannot create any new topics. :(
