Does it have metal gribblies like knee darts, gauntlet darts, flame thrower and shoulder fastenners? Does it have a neck seal? Does it have the correct sattle girth? Is the ammo pouch leather or vinyl? Does it have the correct gauntlet gribblies like calc keypad and dental expander? Were the correct paint color cross referenced and used? I'm not knocking the costume but the desciption is very week IMO. The thing to cosifer is how much upgrading needs done? A nice jet pack will run around 350 when it's all said and done. I'd get a full breakdown of the components before bidding. And an unpainted jet pack will run $2xx-$3xx, tack on another $200-$400+ if you're not doing the painting yourself.
