I have been trying to find this armor kit but I am not having too much luck finding it. Also any resources for making the gun?

I am getting ready to purchase armor and want to paint it as being a commander and was wondering if anyone know of any good guides or references? Also is there anything different I would need from being a normal stormtrooper or is it just basically the paint job?
