xingshen Posted June 30, 2011 Report Posted June 30, 2011 Howdy all, I've noticed that the For Sale or Trade topics are locked for me and I'm unable to either start or reply in that section. I've searched for guidelines on the subject but haven't found anything yet. I know some other forums require you to have a minimum number of posts in other sections and / or a certain amount of time as a member. Is that the case here? If so, where can I find that info?
