How to mount an ammo pouch

Hey everyone,

 

Can you give me some tips on how some of you have mounted your ammo pouches? I have my shoulders strapped to my chest/back strap and not across behind my neck.

I just slide it onto the strap of my back pack.

i have a strap that wraps around the top of my chest plate (just below the shoulder strap) and 2 small velcro tabs to keep it from moving around

So it runs across the front of the chest under the pauldron?
