rikarus Posted January 11, 2011 Report Share Posted January 11, 2011 Working on a VT helmet, things are going great, but all snugged up and riveted the brow trim seems like it doesn't grip very tight against the brow plastic. Is it ok once the helmet is painted to tack it down in spots with a little glue? I don't see the need to pull it off once done, but wanted to hear some thoughts on this. thanks! sskunky Posted January 11, 2011 Report Share Posted January 11, 2011 there is nothing wrong with tacking it with glue. just a couple of spots is all that's needed.
