Help identifying this lid....AP?

I think this is an AP, but not sure. You guys seem to be able to identify these helmets in about a second...what do you think?

Whoa, didn't expect that answer. It's pretty tough and has a colour similar to the HPDE where it's scratched, I guess it could be fiberglass. Is it a good lid (other than the recast part)? It looks pretty decent to me in terms of shape.

I used to have one of those. A guy in the UK was selling tons of them on eBay a few years ago.

The warped tubes and the forehead sticking out that far are dead giveaways it's that exact recast.

 

I remember mine was a good quality cast though, actually we still have a few TKs here in Germany trooping with the same sort of lid.

Googled the Battlespec helmet...don't know if this is an older version or not but the ears are different and the nose ridge is more pronounced...otherwise it does seem like a pretty good match. I'll keep looking.

 

update: Found another view of the Shepperton helmet and this does look like a match.
