Judging by the crooked long skinny part on the right it was copied from either AP or TE. Probably AP, it seems to have lost some detail.

Don't think it's a copy off a AP,TE.There's no seperation line,grove between the ab and groin like the originals.

Well i agree 100% with Chef, no doubt that is a "Sandtrooper ab Plate"

 

As for who made it clueless "i brand new" no clue what so ever.
