SolderMaster Posted May 11, 2010 Author Report Posted May 11, 2010 Thanks guys! I just found out via Facebook that I have been approved by my GML and my app has been sent to the big wigs of the 501st for final approval. I should have my Legion ID soon!! I can't wait! Quote
SolderMaster Posted November 6, 2010 Author Report Posted November 6, 2010 Here's some pics how I glued some strapping, got tired of snaps popping while trooping... The snaps in the middle are no longer used No more popping snaps, glued 4 pieces of elastic. Next few are of Teri's AP to help a fellow trooper... Left Thigh butt joined with 20mm finishing strip Right thigh Right shin Inside shin...used scraps for the inside. Hope that helps! Quote
Evolver79[TK] Posted November 6, 2010 Report Posted November 6, 2010 Disregard last message, I hadn't seen these yet. The pics are perfect, thank you! Quote
Evolver79[TK] Posted November 11, 2010 Report Posted November 11, 2010 Could you post some pics of your helmet? Quote
SolderMaster Posted November 21, 2010 Author Report Posted November 21, 2010 Could you post some pics of your helmet? Here you go. Let me know if you need different shots. Here I replaced the decal for a painted Vocoder...thanks Teri! Again, if you need more or different shots let me know. Quote
am1sh2el3[501st] Posted January 8, 2011 Report Posted January 8, 2011 Love your build! Hopefully this summer I'll be ordering my RTMod. Will definitely be looking back over this. Nice blaster mod too! Quote
SolderMaster Posted October 11, 2011 Author Report Posted October 11, 2011 Looks great! Here I thought the stock Hyperfirm was awesome, that takes it to another level. Quick question: One of the selling points on the hyperfirm is it's indestructibility - you could throw the thing out of a moving car and not break it. How is the required handling care affected by the mods? It's been about 18 months of trooping with my modded Hyperfirm, been dropped ummteen times....nothing has broken off. I think it's safe to say, all the mods I did were rock solid. Quote
